Job Description:Business Development and Marketing Executive
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Sales Director (or other relevant position).
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both driving business growth and executing creative marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and excellent communication skills to engage new clients, nurture relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our brand presence.
key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential new clients or markets to expand the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to achieve revenue goals.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media).
- Assist in content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing projects and client services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly..
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and meet client expectations.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on lead generation, marketing performance, and business development activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development and/or marketing (preferably in [industry-specific area]).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
